Responsibility

  • Follow up with customers regarding payments and ensure timely reminders.
  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records using Word and Excel.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
