Responsibility
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and ensure timely reminders.
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records using Word and Excel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the team with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing processes is beneficial.
