Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields are a plus).
