As an Events Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of events by coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and providing top-tier administrative support. Your work will directly contribute to stakeholder engagement and the success of community-driven initiatives across Bali’s dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond.

Responsibility
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on event performance, attendance, and feedback for stakeholders.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align event objectives with organizational goals.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee pre-event and post-event activities, such as setup, teardown, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through digital and traditional channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination, administration, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management is a plus.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and financial reporting for events.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, as required by event schedules.
