Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Breast Assessment Centre (BAC), including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with medical staff.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the National Screen for Life Program, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
  • Liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including patient files, program reports, and administrative logs.
  • Support the organization of health screening events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors regarding BAC services and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with the BAC team to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with electronic health record systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality protocols (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
