Responsibility
- Oversee daily office administrative operations to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception with a professional demeanor.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of digital/physical filing systems.
- Support the management team with scheduling, document preparation, and report generation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for facility management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the engineering or construction sector is a plus but not mandatory.
