Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance independence in daily activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care.
- Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modifications.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Provide rehabilitation support for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
- Advocate for client needs and promote community awareness of occupational therapy benefits.
- Stay updated with evidence-based practices and integrate innovative therapies into treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, assistive technologies, and adaptive equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
