Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and abilities.
- Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings to enhance clients' independence and functionality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and strategies to improve daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for diverse client populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
