Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Perform a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Assist in the rehabilitation of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy research and best practices to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply â no prior work experience required.
- Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical practice.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and patient management systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
