Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace health hazards.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices through training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care as needed.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; valid nursing license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a similar role.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and occupational health standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Proficient in maintaining medical records and using healthcare management software.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in occupational health.
