Responsibility
- Lead and manage culture transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify cultural gaps and design actionable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural initiatives, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels to gather feedback and drive cultural alignment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in culture transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in culture transformation, organizational development, or change management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale cultural initiatives in a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive cultural change.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
