Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care following established nursing protocols and standards
- Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students when applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospital settings
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international healthcare environments
- Computer proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Adaptability to work in various healthcare settings across Bali
