Responsibility

  • Provide direct patient care following established nursing protocols and standards
  • Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
  • Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students when applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
