Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health monitoring and screenings to ensure employees are fit for work and identify potential health risks.
- Administer medical assistance and treatments as needed, including wound care, medication administration, and health assessments.
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent work-related health issues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with management to create and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices, including proper ergonomics, hygiene, and injury prevention.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, including wound care, vital signs monitoring, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices in occupational health.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Bali as needed.
