Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other Improvement Science frameworks to enhance clinical and administrative workflows.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to identify bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions.
- Design and implement data-driven performance metrics to monitor process efficiency and patient care quality.
- Facilitate change management by training staff on new processes and ensuring smooth adoption across departments.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and propose sustainable corrective actions.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Partner with IT teams to integrate digital health solutions that support process automation and optimization.
- Present progress reports and recommendations to senior leadership to secure buy-in for transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or certification in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or quality assurance within the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in Improvement Science methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency or cost savings.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
