Responsibility

  • Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
  • Monitor and interpret complex patient data including vital signs, lab results, and imaging studies
  • Manage ventilators, central lines, and other advanced life support equipment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and therapists
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for ICU patients
  • Respond to medical emergencies and code blue situations with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital protocols
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
  • Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and trainees

Qualifications

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
  • Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience, with ICU experience preferred
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
  • Strong knowledge of critical care pharmacology and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
