Responsibility
- Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor and interpret complex patient data including vital signs, lab results, and imaging studies
- Manage ventilators, central lines, and other advanced life support equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and therapists
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for ICU patients
- Respond to medical emergencies and code blue situations with professionalism
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and trainees
Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience, with ICU experience preferred
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Strong knowledge of critical care pharmacology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Commitment to continuous professional development
