Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees for work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and fitness-for-work evaluations to ensure employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs, including infection control and ergonomic best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and safety teams to investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Organize and lead health education workshops on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention.
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) and a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a similar clinical setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping using digital tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a benefit.
