Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals in daily clinic operations and patient care.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and medical records with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Assist in basic medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on healthcare procedures, medications, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
