Responsibility
- Provide prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care to expectant mothers.
- Assist in deliveries and ensure safe birthing practices.
- Monitor the health of mothers and newborns during and after delivery.
- Educate patients on maternal and neonatal health, nutrition, and family planning.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
- Participate in community health programs and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Certified Midwife (Bidan) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternal and neonatal care.
- Strong knowledge of obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures related to childbirth.
