Responsibility
- Assist registered nurses and medical staff in delivering patient care in ward settings.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments in compliance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse qualification).
- Valid nursing license or registration (preferably recognized in Indonesia or internationally).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or ward setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and compassion.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
