The City Government of Dasmariñas, Cavite, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse V to join our healthcare team in the Ilocos Region. Responsibility
- Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing service activities in a government healthcare facility.
- Supervise subordinate nursing staff to ensure adherence to professional standards and patient care protocols.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care policies and treatment plans.
- Conduct regular performance audits and quality assurance assessments for nursing procedures.
- Manage clinical resources and medical supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide clinical mentorship and training to junior staff and nursing students.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on health facility performance and patient outcomes for administrative review.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Service Commission and Department of Health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must possess an active, valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in clinical nursing and supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical management software.
- Deep understanding of Philippine public health policies and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced government healthcare environment.
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field is an advantage.
