Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor patient care standards and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing teams, fostering professional development and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize healthcare delivery and resource allocation.
- Handle patient and staff concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring a safe, supportive healthcare environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for nursing department operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate in a multicultural setting.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
