Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care, first aid, and emergency response to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness checks to promote preventive care.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs in compliance with local and international standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee health benefits, insurance claims, and sick leave documentation.
- Educate staff on health best practices, disease prevention, and ergonomic workplace adjustments.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to mitigate health risks.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid Indonesian nursing license (STR) required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or clinical practice.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid; ACLS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian health laws).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees.
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
