Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their skincare and wellness needs, providing personalized recommendations for BioEssence products and treatments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on the benefits, usage, and scientific backing of BioEssenceâs medical-grade skincare and aesthetic solutions.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to position BioEssence as a market leader.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and inventory management to support operational efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (Bachelorâs degree in Nursing or equivalent) with an active professional license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or clinical practice, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative or retail environment.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a keen interest in skincare science and aesthetic treatments.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in one of the target locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
