Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Provide clinical support and training to clients to ensure optimal use of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
