MD Juan Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Nurse / Safety Officer to join our team in North Caloocan. Responsibility
- Provide first-aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees in the workplace.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility to ensure adherence to OSH standards and local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs and health awareness campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and incident reports.
- Lead emergency response drills, including fire safety, earthquake, and medical evacuation protocols.
- Collaborate with management to mitigate workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments.
- Coordinate with government agencies (DOLE, DOH) regarding safety compliance and reporting requirements.
- Monitor the supply and maintenance of first-aid kits and medical equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or corporate safety setting is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE safety regulations and health standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions and safety briefings.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and health surveillance management.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during medical or facility emergencies.
- Proactive, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
