Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office administration, including procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative matters.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in an international company.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the software or IT industry is a plus.
