Responsibility
- Drive company vehicles to transport candidates, new hires, or HR personnel to/from interviews, onboarding sessions, or training locations across Bali.
- Assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including travel logs, candidate feedback, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct initial phone or in-person screenings for driver or operational roles, assessing qualifications and fit.
- Support the distribution of recruitment materials (e.g., job postings, brochures) to partner locations or job fairs.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with company safety and traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to align recruitment efforts with operational needs and staffing demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field, with a valid Indonesian driverâs license (SIM A/C).
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or interview coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Baliâs geography (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks and travel schedules.
- Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., ATS, Excel) and administrative tools.
- Clean driving record and adherence to safety protocols for passenger transport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or early mornings for recruitment events.
