Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership to the Endoscopy Unit, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and clinical best practices.
- Oversee daily operations, including patient scheduling, staff allocation, and resource management to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational workflows.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, surgeons, and support staff, to deliver seamless endoscopy services.
- Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities, including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring high standards of care, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Active nursing license (STR) and certification in endoscopy nursing or related specialty.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in endoscopy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in operational management, staff training, and process improvement in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with patients, families, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Knowledge of JCI or local healthcare accreditation standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
