Responsibility
- Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment adherence, and wellness practices.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Supervise junior nursing staff and support clinical administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Nurses.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of standard nursing practices, medical terminology, and health regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to render shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
