Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for municipal patients.
- Execute restorative, surgical, and preventative dental procedures including extractions, fillings, and oral prophylaxis.
- Conduct community dental health education programs and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records and patient clinical documentation.
- Manage dental clinic inventory, equipment sterilization, and supply procurement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support holistic public health initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports on dental health status and service delivery for municipal oversight.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Dentist.
- Relevant work experience in a clinical or public health setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to diverse patient demographics.
- Solid understanding of public health regulations and safety protocols in a clinical environment.
- Ability to operate and maintain standard dental instruments and diagnostic equipment.
- Must be service-oriented and capable of working effectively in a government-managed facility.
