Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple NPI projects from inception to mass production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and implementing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) and internal quality management systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder updates through clear reporting and presentations.
- Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality or performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or a high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing NPI or product development projects from concept to volume production.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with semiconductor processes, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
