Responsibility
- Lead and manage the 300mm Etch Engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring operational excellence
- Develop and implement advanced etch processes for next-generation semiconductor devices
- Drive continuous improvement in etch technology, yield, and equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process integration, equipment engineering, and R&D
- Establish and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and technology partners
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for etch module development
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor etch processes, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in 300mm wafer fabrication and etch module development
- Strong technical expertise in plasma etch, wet etch, and related semiconductor processes
- Experience with advanced node technologies (7nm and below preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical innovation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
