Responsibility
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
- Residence in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
