Responsibility
- Provide real-time financial support to customers via chat, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction details, and financial product information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
- Document interactions and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve chat support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on financial products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or management as needed.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
