Responsibility
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and security in real-time using advanced NOC tools and platforms.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues, outages, or anomalies to minimize downtime.
- Conduct proactive surveillance to detect potential threats, vulnerabilities, or performance bottlenecks.
- Generate and analyze reports on network health, uptime, and incident trends for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Security, Field Technicians) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 network monitoring and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, BGP), routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in using NOC monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, or Cisco Prime).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and threat detection methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
