Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Document production data, including output, defects, and equipment performance, for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs or product changes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a night shift role.
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
