Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to our signature recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in Mandarin and English, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable, VIP-level experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to manage high-volume night shifts, ensuring efficient service and a seamless flow during peak hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including opening/closing tabs, processing payments, and reconciling till at the end of the shift.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and decor, to meet operational and aesthetic standards.
- Upsell premium beverages and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, barback, or in a similar role within a high-volume bar, lounge, or nightlife establishment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory) and proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 15kg), and work in a dynamic setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
