Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of the villa premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Monitor and operate surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to detect and respond to any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Control access to the villa premises, verifying the identity of visitors and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of all security-related incidents, including observations, actions taken, and follow-up measures.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with security-related inquiries and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert and focused during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Physical fitness and the ability to patrol the premises on foot for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
