Responsibility
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile daily revenue from all departments, including rooms, food & beverage, and other services.
- Generate and distribute financial reports for management review by the next business day.
- Monitor and balance cashier floats, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in financial records promptly.
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain a secure and organized front desk area, including handling safe deposits and key control.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations and guest information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts (typically 10 PM to 6 AM).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Gili Air, with a commitment to the role’s overnight schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality is advantageous.
