Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and processing payments.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
