Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and blenders.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance is a plus.
