Responsibility
- Guide and assist new Kumon franchisees through the end-to-end center setup process.
- Ensure compliance with Kumon operational standards and brand guidelines during the pre-opening phase.
- Provide training and logistical support to new franchisees regarding center management and administration.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress assessments for new centers under development.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth documentation, licensing, and facility readiness.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks that may arise during the initial business setup stage.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on the status and readiness of newly opening centers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, franchise support, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and mentor others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple center launches simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for operational excellence.
- Previous experience in the education sector or franchise operations is highly preferred.
