Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the KSSM curriculum across assigned subjects.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and continuous feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school-wide educational initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or license recognized in Indonesia.
- Proven experience teaching KSSM or equivalent curriculum (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong subject-matter expertise in one or more core academic areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs and styles.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and educational innovation.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
