You will be responsible for the architectural design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of complex network environments. Responsibility
- Architect, deploy, and maintain secure LAN/WAN infrastructure to support mission-critical operations.
- Monitor network and system performance, performing proactive troubleshooting to minimize latency and downtime.
- Implement and manage enterprise-level firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Manage server environments (Linux/Windows) to ensure seamless integration with network protocols.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware and software connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a network or systems engineering role.
- Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
- Proficiency in managing security hardware and software (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
