Responsibility
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-level network and security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business goals and HR Rewards programs.
- Monitor and mitigate network vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with global security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Oversee the performance, scalability, and reliability of network systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network services.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network hardware, software, and services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering and security teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, recommending proactive upgrades and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in network management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in network security, including firewalls, encryption, and endpoint protection.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead large-scale network deployments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a global delivery or multicultural team is a plus.
