Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ERP project implementation, from planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time and within budget.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing business processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management, preferably with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
