Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of lab systems and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain lab equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lab-based projects and experiments.
- Document system configurations, changes, and incident reports for audit and reference.
- Assist in setting up test environments for new software or hardware deployments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and security patches.
- Support the labâs inventory management, tracking assets and supplies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles, lab environments, or IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Prior internship or project experience in lab support, IT, or telecommunications is advantageous.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
