Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks to meet business requirements.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network needs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
- Conduct regular network audits and capacity planning to support business growth.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, etc.) and tools (Cisco, Juniper, Wireshark).
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and firewall management.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
