Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive implementation and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security using various tools, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for network installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintained in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
- Participate in the design and architecture discussions for new network solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance for complex network-related incidents and service requests.
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar IT networking role.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP), and firewall concepts.
- Proven experience with network equipment from major vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or MikroTik.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting, performance analysis, and implementing security best practices.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, CompTIA Network+) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
