Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain efficient workforce schedules for NDIS participants and support workers.
  • Coordinate rostering to ensure optimal coverage, minimizing gaps and overlaps.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate last-minute changes or emergencies.
  • Liaise with NDIS participants, families, and support staff to confirm availability and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and organizational policies in all scheduling activities.
  • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Humanforce, Deputy) to streamline workforce management.
  • Generate reports on staffing utilization, attendance, and service delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to forecast staffing needs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workforce Scheduler, NDIS experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in rostering, workforce management, or call center operations.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS funding models, service agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Humanforce, Deputy, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities.
