Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or group online English lessons via our interactive platform.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to studentsā proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their language skills.
- Utilize engaging teaching methods, including games, discussions, and multimedia resources.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all scheduled classes.
- Adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the ET-Phone team to improve curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free teaching environment.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker (from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or other English-speaking countries).
- Bachelorās degree in any field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online or offline) preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, encouraging demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a laptop/desktop with a webcam and microphone.
- Availability to teach during peak hours (flexible scheduling options available).
- Passion for education and cultural exchange with a commitment to student success.
- Residence in or ability to work from Bali, Indonesia (preferred).
